Experience

Expanding on tradition, with the creation of the family homestead in 1919, on the same section of land, Red Rose Ranch was established in 2020 as an equestrian center. We have also spent our careers as Military personnel and First Responders. All of this enables us to serve and connect with our community in a unique way.

We are qualified in numerous areas that ensure quality and safety. These areas include; Emergency Action Planning, First Aid, Safe Sport, Concussion Awareness, Alberta Foothills Farrier School, and Equestrian Canada Western Rider Levels 1-4.

We strive to provide new riders with a safe and knowledgeable introduction to Western riding. Focusing on our connections to the surrounding First Nations communities, we instill a land-based approach to our business.

Geography

Red Rose Ranch Manitoba is located approximately 230 kms north of Winnipeg, Manitoba in the North Interlake Region. Nestled between Peguis First Nation and Fisher River Cree Nation, Red Rose Ranch Manitoba, or as our brand is read, “LazyR3”, is an end of the road destination. A giant part of the success of this place is the tranquility of ranch. It provides a location with no distractions and the ability to focus on horses, the land, and yourself.
